چکیده

In modern applied mathematics, engineering, and the physiological world, concept of peristalsis is great significance. The present article concentrates on peristaltic movement Carreau-Yasuda fluid through planner micro-channel under influence magnetic field partial slip conditions. governing system equations are nondimensionalized transformed using basic assumptions such as long wavelength low Reynolds number. A bulti-in route "ND solve" in Mathematica exercised to solve obtained nonlinear coupled with appropriate boundary Obtained results elucidated by plotting graphs for different constraints velocity, temperature, concentration. Physical characteristics skin friction, Nusselt number Sherwood discussed via table results. typical character this work e.g. flow index parameter exhibits that apparent viscosity becomes high when it has a higher value due which faces more resistance presence effect predicts decreasing behavior velocity. Additionally, trapping phenomenon explains bolus briefly.

Peristaltic Transport of Carreau-Yasuda Fluid in a Curved Channel with Slip Effects

The wide occurrence of peristaltic pumping should not be surprising at all since it results physiologically from neuro-muscular properties of any tubular smooth muscle. Of special concern here is to predict the rheological effects on the peristaltic motion in a curved channel. Attention is focused to develop and simulate a nonlinear mathematical model for Carreau-Yasuda fluid. The progressive w...

Effects of Slip and Heat Transfer on MHD Peristaltic Flow in An Inclined Asymmetric Channel

Peristaltic transport of an incompressible electrically conducting viscous fluid in an inclined planar asymmetric channel is studied. The asymmetry is produced by choosing the peristaltic wave train on the walls to have different amplitude and phase. The closed form solutions of momentum and energy equation in presence of viscous dissipation term are obtained for long wave length and low Reynol...

MHD Peristaltic flow of a Jeffrey fluid in an asymmetric channel with partial slip

In the present note, we have discussed the effects of partial slip on the peristaltic flow of a Jeffrey fluid in an asymmetric channel. The governing equations of motion are simplified using a long wave length approximation. A closed form solution of the momentum equation is obtained by Adomian decomposition method and an exact solution is presented. The expression for pressure rise is calculat...

Effects of partial slip on the peristaltic flow of a MHD Newtonian fluid in an asymmetric channel

In this study, the effects of partial slip on the peristaltic flow of a MHD Newtonian fluid in an asymmetric channel are studied analytically and numerically. The governing equations of motion and energy are simplified using a long wave length approximation. A closed form solution of the momentum equation is obtained by the homotopy perturbation method (HPM) and an exact solution of the energy ...

Peristaltic motion of a Carreau fluid in an asymmetric channel

Peristaltic transport of a fluid in channels has been a subject of great interest for the last four decades. Such interest is motivated by several applications of peristaltic flows in engineering and industry. In animals and human bodies, the physiological fluids pumped by the muscular oscillations which correspond to peristaltic activity. In particular, the flow of blood through arteries and v...
